Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 September 2026

These terms apply to all bookings with Three to Eleven, run by Himali Sahni ("we", "us"). By booking a session, course, camp or 1:1 appointment, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please email threetoeleventutoring@gmail.com before booking.

1. Bookings and payment

1.1 A place is confirmed once full payment has been received.

1.2 Courses, Saturday blocks and camps are paid in full in advance. Sunday drop-ins are paid at the time of booking through Bookwhen.

1.3 Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change for future bookings. Any change will not affect a booking you have already paid for.

1.4 Places are limited and allocated in order of confirmed payment.

2. Your right to cancel within 14 days

2.1 If you book online, by email or by phone, UK law usually gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund.

2.2 If you ask for your child's sessions to begin within those 14 days, you will be charged for any sessions that have already taken place, and the remainder will be refunded.

2.3 Once all booked sessions have taken place, this right no longer applies.

2.4 To cancel within the 14 days, email threetoeleventutoring@gmail.com.

3. Cancellations and missed sessions

3.1 After the 14-day period in section 2, all fees are non-refundable.

3.2 If your child cannot attend a session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance by emailing threetoeleventutoring@gmail.com. Where notice is given, we will offer an alternative session, subject to availability.

3.3 Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

3.4 Illness and extenuating circumstances. If your child is unwell or there is an unavoidable emergency within 48 hours of a session, please let us know as soon as possible. We will offer an alternative session at a time arranged by us, subject to availability.

3.5 Rescheduled sessions are not transferable to another child and have no cash value.

4. If we need to cancel

4.1 Occasionally we may need to cancel a session, for example due to tutor illness or circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer an alternative session. If we cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund the cost of that session in full.

5. Health, allergies and additional needs

5.1 Please tell us about any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs before your child's first session, and let us know if anything changes.

5.2 Please keep your child at home if they are unwell, and follow NHS guidance on how long to stay away (for example, 48 hours after sickness or diarrhoea). Section 3.4 above applies.

5.3 We may ask that a child who becomes unwell during a session is collected early.

6. Drop-off, collection and safeguarding

6.1 Please arrive on time. Sessions finish at the advertised time, even if a child arrives late.

6.2 Please collect your child promptly at the end of the session.

6.3 Children will only be released to a parent, carer or adult you have named in advance.

6.4 All tutors are qualified professionals and adhere to safeguarding best practice. We follow safeguarding best practice and will act on any concern in line with our safeguarding responsibilities.

7. Photos and videos

7.1 We only take or use photos or videos of children with a parent's written consent.

7.2 Consent for internal use (such as sharing progress with you) is separate from consent for our website or social media. You can give or refuse each separately, and withdraw consent at any time.

8. Reports and outcomes

8.1 Reports and feedback reflect our professional observations of your child during sessions.

8.2 Our sessions are designed to build confidence and readiness for learning. We cannot guarantee any assessment result or school place, as admissions decisions are made by schools.

9. Behaviour

9.1 We want every child to feel safe and happy. If a child's behaviour repeatedly affects the safety or wellbeing of others, we will talk with you first and agree next steps together. In rare cases, we may end a booking, and any sessions not yet delivered will be refunded.

10. Liability

10.1 We take all reasonable care of children during sessions.

10.2 We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

10.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please email threetoeleventutoring@gmail.com. We will reply within [5] working days and do our best to put things right.

12. Changes and law

12.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you book applies to that booking.

12.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
